DIRECTOR, DIVISION 1
Tehachapi has been David Worden’s home now for over 25 years. During this time, he has been active in the community including: volunteering for Tehachapi Youth Football and the Tehachapi High School Warriors Boosters. He has also been an active board member for his church, Good Shepherd Lutheran. Mr. Worden has made a career as a welder, including heavy/farm equipment, water gas and oil operations, aircraft/jet engine research/development commercial/military. In his career, he has also been trained in best practices regarding environmental and hazardous waste issues. Mr. Worden was elected to the Board of Directors for TCCWD, Division 1, in November 2014. He is presently acting as President of the Board.
DIRECTOR, DIVISION 2
Jonathan Hall was elected to the Board, short-term in 2006. He ran for a full-term position in 2008 and 2012 and was re-elected. Mr. Hall represents the District as a Board member for the Association of Water Agencies/Joint Powers Insurance Authority. Mr. Hall is a retired software engineer for military defense communications.
DIRECTOR, DIVISION 3
James Pack was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2014. He holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Sciences with a specialization in Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water Engineering. Mr. Pack is a former Water Quality Project Manager for the California Water Service Company and currently works as a Water and Wastewater Operator. In his free time he enjoys hiking and biking with his family.
DIRECTOR, DIVISION 4
Rick Zanutto has lived in Kern County for 42 years and has been a resident of Bear Valley for 10 years. He served on the Board of Directors of the Bear Valley CSD for eight years and he held the seat of President of the Bear Valley CSD Board for 3 ½ years. He also served as chair of numerous committees.
Rick Zanutto retired from 22 years in the farming business and 31 years as Production Manager of the second largest printing facility in Kern County.
DIRECTOR, DIVISION 5
Jean Prel was elected to the Board of Directors in November 1995 and has continued to serve since that time. Mr. Prel was born and raised in Tehachapi and his career has been dedicated to the agricultural business. His primary occupation is farming and cow-calf beef production.
